You will be matched with the best Architect for your project from our partners or we are happy to work with any professional you choose. Collaboration is in our DNA. We also offer in house CAD drawings that will be permit ready if you have a clear picture of what you want and/or have initial drawings that need to be modified.
- Production of Construction Drawings
- Site Development – Landscape Architecture meeting. We specialize in the placement and development of new lots. Working with the architecture and challenges of the site… the best solution/design for the project will be found with your input.
- Selections and Pricing --Often with an Interior designer as part of the team, we will select finishes and fixtures as this will allow most accurate pricing.
- Revisions and Variances as needed then Permitting will be handled by BDB, Inc.
- Construction start! Demolition as needed.
Our choices of timeless materials reflect a philosophy of sustainability by design. The goal is to create a structure inherently strong with the use of stone, iron, hand-hewn beams, brick, decorative concrete, reclaimed woods and other natural products. We also work closely with our engineers on every project to utilize all new products and technologies available in an effort to reduce waste and control costs.
We let the sit inform us as we develop indoor climate and insulation systems. Every site is different and has it’s own challenges and natural advantages. We use PV power, spray-foam insulation, geo-thermal HVAC, and other technologies as best suited for the project. We can greatly impact the homes energy consumption and will work with all local power provider programs to ensure the best rates.
